Who I am and the knitting blog meme.
In lieu of an ‘about me’ sort of thing, I’d like to put a list of my skills and interests here so that you might glean who I am as a fibre artist. The other stuff is a bit secondary, isn’t it? If not, here goes: female, 29, recently received my bachelor’s degree in anthropology and history, engaged to be engaged (don’t ask) to a wonderful man (The Lad), proud guardian of a beautiful and loving elderly Himalayan cat, and I’m an amateur woodworker, gardener and chef to boot. I’m also a dab hand at making fruit-based sorbets.
And now the meme! I cannot remember where I first saw this, but I wanted to keep track of my activities for my own records, and this is the best way for me to do that. Feel free to do your own, and if you know the author - or are the author - let me know and I’ll change the citation appropriately.

The original instructions: Edit the list, bold for stuff you’ve done, italics for stuff you plan to do one day, and normal for stuff you’re not planning on doing.
Since my formatting is ballsed up beyond belief, I’ve changed it to bold for what I’ve done, normal for things I plan to do and strikethrough for things I don’t plan on doing.
